Assured Sale & Progression (ASAP) Ltd is a national sales progression solution, which was established in 2014 by Directors Richard Megson and Tony Hill.

With over 35 years’ experience in the sector between them, their vision was to speed up the conveyancing process and get everyone moving faster. With their knowledge and expertise, they have honed an innovative approach to managing transactions resulting in average transaction times falling dramatically below the industry average.

Since ASAP’s launch, the business has grown consistently in size and turnover. Working with property professionals nationwide, ASAP counts Estate Agents, Independent Financial Advisors, Mortgage Brokers and Auctioneers amongst its customers.
