1. Services covered ASAP provides outsourced compliance and sales progression services for Estate Agents and Independent Financial Advisors. As part of our service, we also recommend Solicitors to provide conveyancing services to any vendors or purchasers who have agreed to receive a call from ASAP. This Privacy Statement covers the information practices, including how the Company collects, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide. ASAP’s Website may contain links to other Websites. The information practices or the content of such other Websites is governed by the privacy statements of such other Websites. The Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of other Websites to understand their information practices.

Information collected When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services, or registering to use our Services via the Website or other Services, ASAP requires you to provide the Company with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Required Contact Information”). When instructing ASAP to provide their Services, ASAP may also require you to provide the Company with financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, bank account details, and the number of employees within the organisation that will be using the Services (“Billing Information”). ASAP may also ask you to provide additional information, such as company annual revenues, number of employees, or industry (“Optional Information”). When Visitors apply for a job with the Company, ASAP may also require you to submit additional personal information as well as a resume or curriculum vitae (“Applicant Information”). Required Contact Information, Billing Information, Applicant Information, Optional Information and any other information you submit to ASAP to or through the Services are referred to collectively as “Data.” Under GDPR definitions ASAP may be both a controller or processor of your personal data. ASAP have defined lawful basis for processing personal information regardless if we are the “Data Controller”, “Processor” or “Sub-Processor”. 3. Use of information collected The Company uses Data about ASAP’s Customers to perform the services requested. The Company may also use Data about ASAP’s Customers for marketing purposes.
