I actually found my way into estate agency by accident, although with so many of my family in the industry, it was pretty much inevitable! I quickly discovered a real passion for property and spent six years at Manning Stainton before taking a risk and leaving the industry to become a team manager within customer service. From there, I progressed into operational management, which proved to be the perfect fit for someone who thrives on organisation and a working day that’s never the same twice.

Now, I’ve come full circle back to my roots but this time in an operational capacity and I honestly couldn’t have landed at a better company. The culture, the team, and the passion behind everything we do at ASAP is truly inspiring, and it’s a pleasure to work alongside such a talented group of people.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me at a farm or zoo, being around animals is where I feel happiest and most at peace. Its just a massive bonus that our office is dog friendly!
