Richard Megson

Position: Managing Director
Email: rmegson@completeasap.co.uk

I have worked in the industry for over 20 years across searches, conveyancing, property investment, and estate agency which gives me a unique insight into the sector and has been beneficial in refining the Complete ASAP offering over the past decade to provide a seamless property transaction process.

Tony and I set up ASAP in 2014 with the aim of speeding up the conveyancing process and getting all parties involved in a transaction to work in collaboration.

Tony Hill

Position: Commercial Director

I was a conveyancer for 13 years dealing with all types of residential transactions. My role included business development and I built close relationships with both Estate Agents and IFAs. It was this that really shaped my understanding of the customer journey and since then I have devoted my time to improving this for everyone involved.

When Richard and I launched ASAP in 2014, my role was to set up the operational side of the business. I love problem-solving whether dealing with specific issues on a sale or looking at ways to improve the overall service to our clients. I now work closely with our suppliers and am always looking for opportunities to evolve the ASAP service.

I’ve been in the property world since 2014, and if there’s one part of the job that truly fires me up, it’s sales progression — it’s where my heart is.

I started out right on the front line as a sales progressor, so I know exactly what it takes to do the job brilliantly and support our clients with care and precision. In my current role, I head up operations alongside an incredible team who feel passionately about speeding up property transactions.

I’m also proudly outshone on my days in the office by my dog, Nelly — our beloved office pooch who steals the show (and most of the attention).

Outside of work, you’ll find me running, walking, playing squash, basically anything active! Though I do have a serious soft spot for good food, especially chocolate… my ultimate weakness!

Sales Progression Managers

Victoria Hodlin CeSP

Position: Sales Progression Manager
Email: vhodlin@completeasap.co.uk

I joined Complete ASAP in 2018, after working in estate agency where I managed the day-to-day running of the branch, before that, I spent over 20 years self-employed in the hair and beauty industry, and if there’s one thing that’s stuck with me from those days, it’s how important it is to really understand people.

Now, as a Team Manager, I still carry that belief into everything I do. I love creating a space where the team feels supported, motivated, and inspired to do their best. I’ve always been big on customer service and building strong, genuine relationships with clients, agents, and solicitors is still my favourite part of the job. I’m all about bringing good energy to the workplace, whether that means cheering on my team, sparking creative ideas, or jumping in to lend a hand when it’s needed most.

Outside of work, I’m all about live music, gigs, and a good night out (bonus points if there’s food involved). One of my favourite memories? Being so heavily pregnant, I got a police escort into a concert – easily the most iconic gig entrance I’ve ever made!

I come from an estate agency background, having worked for two well regarded local agents before coming to Assured Sale and Progression in 2019. I have experience in all sides of the estate agency business, from valuations and new business to viewings, sales negotiation and sales progression. I enjoyed the sale progression aspect of my role so much that I decided to do it full time, and here I am!

I love having a chat with agents, buyers and sellers, and building a relationship with my clients. I also love having a gossip and a brew (or gin – although not in work hours obviously!) with my colleagues.

Rebecca Wain

Position: Sales Progressor

I joined Complete ASAP in 2019, bringing with me over eight years of experience in customer service. I’ve always believed that communication is key, and in this role, I get to put that into practice every day. Whether it’s supporting buyers and sellers, or building strong working relationships with estate agents and solicitors.

What I enjoy most is helping people feel at ease during what can be a really stressful time. I always take the time to understand each client’s individual needs and explain things clearly and honestly, so they feel supported every step of the way. Sometimes just having someone to talk things through with makes all the difference.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, especially my little girl, and I’m a big fan of cinema trips, travelling (Florida is my absolute favourite place), and listening to a bit of country music when I need to switch off.

After over 20 years in Estate Agency, across both corporate and independent branches, I’ve found my true passion in Sales Progression. I’ve also worked in retail sales and banking, but nothing beats the satisfaction of helping people through one of the biggest (and often most stressful!) milestones in their lives.

I’ve moved house 12 times myself, so I know just how overwhelming it can be, and how important it is to have someone organised, tenacious, and calm in your corner.

I love building strong, friendly relationships with clients, solicitors, and colleagues. Every day is different, and I thrive on the challenge of getting transactions over the line quickly and smoothly- always with clear updates and a supportive ear.

Outside of work, I’m usually out and about with my partner and friends at the cinema, a concert, or a weekend city break, hunting down the best restaurants and coffee spots. Maraliza Leyds

Position: Sales Progressor

I’m proudly South African with over 12 years of experience in the property industry. Before joining Complete ASAP, I worked at a property-focused law firm, collaborating closely with estate agents and learning the ins and outs of complex transactions. That legal experience taught me the importance of accuracy, attention to detail, and the power of clear communication — all things I now get to use daily as a Sales Progressor.

Since joining the team, I’ve grown so much. Not just in the role itself, but also in how I work with people. Helping clients feel calm and confident through what can often be a really overwhelming process is something I take a lot of pride in. There’s nothing better than guiding someone through all the ups and downs of a sale and seeing everything come together at the end.

I’m passionate about helping people, solving problems, and making the sales journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m proud to be part of a team that feels just as committed to that as I am.

Karen Blanchard

Position: Legal Pack Manager
Email: kblanchard@completeasap.co.uk

I accidentally stumbled into estate agency over 20 years ago, after having children. I was looking for office work that I could do to fit in around my husband’s job and came across a Weekend Receptionist role at a large independent estate agents in Wakefield. I didn’t know much about the sector then, but I do now.

By nature, I am a good facilitator and have an eye for detail, so being a Legal Pack Manager is the ideal job for me.

After a busy day, I like to spend time with my family (including my dog) and we go away in our caravan, providing ample opportunities for walking, as often as we can.

I first stepped into the property world in 2011 as a Receptionist and worked my way through just about every role in the agency. The part I loved the most? Building genuine relationships,  and that’s still what drives me today.

I joined Complete ASAP in 2021 as a Sales Progressor, working with agents and clients across the UK, and I now focus on Account Management. I really enjoy getting to know new people, maintaining strong connections with our agents, and making sure we’re delivering the kind of service we’d want ourselves. There’s nothing better than seeing those relationships grow and knowing we’ve made someone’s job a little easier.

Outside of work, I’m usually running around after my one-year-old daughter. She keeps me on my toes! I love spending time with friends and family, travelling when I can, and trying to enjoy a hot meal (even if it’s usually with one hand!).
