Our experience with ASAP has been faultless from the beginning. The relationship we have with the team at ASAP is fantastic – we trust one another and that makes all the difference. This trust has been established through the excellent service that we have received throughout our time with ASAP; they’re always available for us to speak to, they deliver on all their commitments and our customers love them. Some comments we have had from customers are that they’re responsive, efficient, and helpful, with some saying that they feel their sale/purchase wouldn’t have gone through without ASAP’s involvement. We are so glad we ‘bit the bullet’ and partnered with ASAP for our sales progression – it has improved the service we provide to our customers and enabled our salespeople to do more of what they do best.

These guys are brilliant, the regular e-mail updates give my team the ability to monitor progress on every sale, whilst providing the freedom to concentrate on valuations, instructions, and sales. Our exceptional relationship with our sales progressors enables us to troubleshoot and get involved in the process only if we need to in a supporting role. In recent sales ASAP's sales progressors have been the difference in a difficult sale-reaching exchange instead of being a fall through and their willingness to go above and beyond has really impressed me. The bonus is they're all really nice people to deal with. I was not sold on the idea, being a long-serving agent, but the proof of the pudding is it works so well!

From the first contact with ASAP, I was impressed with their professionalism and structure. From the off, it was clear that this was a company that values systems and processes- which I think is especially essential for handling this part of the sales process. Needless to say that the team absolutely delivered on their promises. Even the most “traditionally minded” and previously TOTALLY averse to outsourcing ANY part of the sale- never mind sales progression- were surprisingly impressed with the knowledge, consistency and communication of the team they were working with- including, most importantly, our customers.

We have been using ASAP since August 2020. They have helped us to respond to a massive increase in activity in a seamless manner. Fall through rates have improved, transaction times are lower, and I am delighted with the service being provided to our clients.

We Work on a fully outsourced basis for our sale progression with ASAP and so now we don’t even spend an hour a week doing sales progression. We have the additional peace of mind with their anti-money laundering checks as standard and our transaction times have dropped by over 2 weeks per case. This means we are absolutely focused on customer service and business generation, getting houses on, getting houses sold.

ASAP are such a big help with sales progression. They keep everyone informed throughout the sale, from the agents to the buyers and sellers. They are thorough, helpful, and always on hand if any issues may arise. I work predominantly with Athena, and I can honestly say that she is brilliant, and nothing is ever too much for her. They have become a vital part of our progression team.

We use ASAP for our Sales Progression at our estate agency and would be lost without Jess. Jess is our dedicated progressor, and once a sale is agreed it is passed to her to move it along to completion. It's like having a dedicated sales progressor in the office, only she works from home! I receive updates daily on each property sale, in thorough detail, and I am copied into all correspondence between solicitors and clients. I cannot fault the service and rely on Jess every day!
