The Process

Once your client has accepted the quote, ASAP instructs a solicitor and provides you with details for the mortgage application.

Your ASAP Account Manager keeps in contact with the solicitors to ensure they are updating the online portal and that your transactions are progressing.

ASAP order searches upon instruction on behalf of the buyer, to avoid any delays.

You will receive monthly reports on your key metrics including total quotes, instructions, completions and transaction times, so you have full transparency of your pipeline.
