I have worked in the property sector on the supplier side for over 18 years, mainly in my roles at TwentyCi and TwentyEA – which earned me a reputation as a bit of a data geek. But who doesn’t love a good stat right?!

Which is actually one of the reasons I was so excited to join the ASAP team – completion times increased significantly during Covid, but rather than reducing since, they have continued to steadily rise. On average it takes about four and half months to get from sale agreed to completion, added to the fact that approximately a quarter of sales fall through.

Helping estate agents to reduce both their completion times and fall throughs, has never been more important, and I’m thrilled to be part of a business making a real difference and bucking these trends.

Outside of work, you might find me reluctantly in the gym, but I’m much more likely to be in the kitchen baking or decorating a cake!
