I joined Complete ASAP in 2019, bringing with me over eight years of experience in customer service. I’ve always believed that communication is key, and in this role, I get to put that into practice every day. Whether it’s supporting buyers and sellers, or building strong working relationships with estate agents and solicitors.
What I enjoy most is helping people feel at ease during what can be a really stressful time. I always take the time to understand each client’s individual needs and explain things clearly and honestly, so they feel supported every step of the way. Sometimes just having someone to talk things through with makes all the difference.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, especially my little girl, and I’m a big fan of cinema trips, travelling (Florida is my absolute favourite place), and listening to a bit of country music when I need to switch off.
