I joined ASAP in 2019 with more than eight years’ experience in the customer service industry. I believe communication is key and I thoroughly enjoy my position, liaising with the vendors and purchasers daily and developing good relationships with the Estate Agents and Solicitors involved in the process.
I am careful to empathize and understand the individual needs and requirements of the vendor/purchaser. I try to reduce the associated stresses involved with the buying and selling by explaining matters with clarity and honesty and staying in regular contact. It makes all the difference.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the cinema to watch the latest films, spending time with family and travelling to the States.
