How we work together

We receive an enquiry from the agent/broker and provide the buyer or vendor with a conveyancing quote.

We undertake initial compliance checks.

A dedicated ASAP sales progressor is allocated to your case.

The client accepts the conveyancing quote. We pass this case over to you.

The sales progressor will obtain case updates from you and will notify the client and agent of progress via our online portal.

The client’s transaction exchanges and completes in up to 8 weeks faster than the industry average.
