I joined Complete ASAP in June 2024 and have loved being part of the property industry ever since. As a Legal Pack Manager, I gather documents and compile all the relevant information into comprehensive Legal Packs, ensuring everything is accurate and ready for our clients. I really enjoy building relationships with clients and supporting them throughout the process. Working alongside such amazing colleagues makes every day rewarding, and I value the fact that I’m constantly learning and expanding my knowledge within the industry. I accidentally stumbled into estate agency over 20 years ago, after having children. I was looking for office work that I could do to fit in around my husband’s job and came across a Weekend Receptionist role at a large independent estate agents in Wakefield. I didn’t know much about the sector then, but I do now. By nature, I am a good facilitator and have an eye for detail, so being a Legal Pack Manager is the ideal job for me.
