I actually found my way into estate agency by accident, although with so many of my family in the industry, it was pretty much inevitable! I quickly discovered a real passion for property and spent six years at Manning Stainton before taking a risk and leaving the industry to become a team manager within customer service. I have worked in several customer service and sale roles over the past seven years, previously working within a conveyancing firm where I realised my desire to support people through the conveyancing process. I have been working in the property industry for 9 years. Before joining Complete ASAP in 2017, I worked as a mortgage administrator, responsible for submitting mortgage applications and managing the sales progression. I particularly enjoyed the sales progression aspect of my role, which motivated me to apply for a Sales Progressor position at Complete ASAP. I worked in a solicitors for four years as a Paralegal in the Noise-Induced Hearing Loss Claims Department. I then went to work for Reeds Rains as a Sales Negotiator.
