We have just launched a brand new material information solution, designed to help reduce transaction times, minimise fall through rates and keep estate agents compliant with recent updates to the Consumer Protection Regulations (2008). Our new offering aims to ensure the agent remains compliant at every stage, we order all of the property information documents while a sales progressor works with the vendor to complete a full digital Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ).
