We are excited to announce the appointment of Julian Dunbar as our chief operating officer (COO), as part growth plans. Julian brings over 20 years' experience in property to our team. He has successfully led large scale projects, creating new revenue streams and developing initiatives for various businesses including Foxtons, Lomond Group and Stirling Ackroyd. Following recent scientific research from IHRET* showing that staff are 52% more productive when they start the day with movement, we have introduced a new initiative which requires all staff members to participate in a companywide 10-minute run before logging on to start the working day. Commencing on Tuesday, 1st April 2025, all office staff will be requested to congregate outside The Barracks Business Centre in preparation for our daily run at 9am, which will be led by managing director, Richard Megson.
