I actually found my way into estate agency by accident, although with so many of my family in the industry, it was pretty much inevitable! I was a conveyancer for 13 years dealing with all types of residential transactions. My role included business development and I built close relationships with both Estate Agents and IFAs. It was this that really shaped my understanding of the customer journey and since then I have devoted my time to improving this for everyone involved.
