I’ve worked in sales and marketing since I left school (a long time!), first in the travel industry as an agent, then progressing to National Sales Manager for an international hotel company. I began a new career in estate agency in 2008 and rose through the ranks to Senior Negotiator but my main area of interest was sales progression. I’ve worked in property since 2014, starting out in lettings through an apprenticeship, but I found my real interest in sales progression when I joined Complete ASAP in 2021. Having worked in the customer service industry for well over 20 years, I have a wide and varied experience of working with people from all walks of life, with over 10 years in Estate Agency working for two well regarded local Agents. Most of my previous roles were in high street banks including Barclays, Lloyds and First Direct.
