10 Mar Celebrating International Women’s Day
We hosted a coffee morning for our team based in Pontefract to mark International Women’s Day on 8th March. A total of 83% of our workforce is made up of women, with 49 female staff, 11 of which are in senior positions.
Richard Megson our Managing Director, commented, “By marking International Women’s Day, we reaffirm our commitment to supporting and empowering our female workforce. We offer an inclusive and flexible working environment to ensure employees can thrive, and support career growth through our culture of sharing knowledge and experience, training programmes and networking opportunities.”
