Welcoming Katy Billany as Our New Sales Director

We’re delighted to announce that Katy Billany has joined ASAP as our new Sales Director. It is an important step as we continue to expand our services for eastate agents and property professionals across the UK.

In her new role, Katy will lead the our sales, account management and client services functions, working closely with the leadership team to build on the strong foundations already established. bShe brings more than 18 years’ experience in the property sector, with extensive expertise in commercial strategy, market intelligence and SaaS-driven services for estate agents and property professionals. She joins us from TwentyEA, where she most recently served as executive director, leading the strategic direction and commercial performance of the company’s estate agency-focused data and technology business, as well as its conveyancing intelligence platform, TwentyConvey.

During her time at TwentyEA, Katy was responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing sales and customer success teams, and developing new products and markets across the property ecosystem.

Katy Billany added: “Having spent much of my career working across the property industry, I’ve seen first-hand how challenging it can be to keep transactions moving smoothly. At the moment, the average sale can take more than four months to progress from offer agreed to completion, and around a quarter of agreed sales still fall through. That’s why effective sales progression has become such an important part of the process.

“What really appealed to me about ASAP is the reputation the team has built for supporting estate agents through what is often the most complex stage of a transaction. I’m excited to join a business that is so focused on helping property professionals navigate those challenges and ultimately get more deals over the line.”
