This month, we have not one but two contributors of the month after multiple nominations were received for these outstanding ASAP team members. Courtney Knowles, Client Services Team Leader, and Allison Siner, Sales Progressor share the accolade for March for going above and beyond in their respective roles.

Courtney Knowles

Courtney’s exceptional contribution this month has been noted by her team for her relentless hard work and effort, helping those she works with to progress and develop. Her friendly and positive approach makes her a joy to work with and she is constantly looking at ways to improve outcomes. Courtney is considered by those she works with as approachable, dedicated, and an extremely valuable member of the Client Services team.

Allison Siner

Loved by the agents she works with and with an outstanding NPS score, Allison has been nominated for her brilliant work. She is the ultimate team player and is always the first to offer support to other members of her team or congratulate them when they receive positive feedback. Described by her colleagues as a great listener who brightens up the day of those she works with both inside and outside of the business, Allison is a great asset.
